Literature Based Adventures
Senior English teachers, with the help of Teacher-Librarian Mrs.Woods, plan activities to help seniors broaden their horizons and discover adventure in our local area. These activities are also tied to classroom literature or important monthly themes.
- Activities are completely voluntary.
- Students may or may not get extra credit by attending.
- All activities require a permission slip and a fee to be paid in advance.
- Busses provide transportation to and from the school. Riding the school bus is required. Students may not drive themselves.
- Parents must pick-up and drop-off students at Kecoughtan in a timely manner or students will not be allowed to attend future trips.
- Kecoughtan students ONLY, no siblings or friends from other schools
- Parents may attend as chaperones, but may be required to pay a higher price
- ALL SCHOOL RULES APPLY ON FIELD TRIPS, INCLUDING THE DRESS CODE.
